Exchanges and Returns - Bfree Technologies

At Bfree Technologies, we highly value customer service and satisfaction. Therefore, we have developed an exchange and return policy based on the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), specifically Article 49, ensuring safety and transparency in all our operations.

Legal Basis: Consumer Defense Code (CDC_Art. 49)

Article 49 of the CDC states that the consumer can withdraw from the contract within seven days from the signing or receipt of the product or service whenever the contract occurs outside the commercial establishment (such as by phone or at home).

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, the difference in value between the items involved must be settled, according to the established rules and deadlines.

  • If the returned item for exchange is not in perfect condition (for example, damaged due to misuse), the total value of the desired product in the exchange will be charged, and the returned item will be sent back to the customer.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or incorrect shipments.
  • Exchanges must be requested through our representatives.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

Customers can request the return of a product and a refund of the total purchase amount within the legal timeframe.

  • Items must be returned in new condition, without damage caused by misuse.
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, following established rules and deadlines.
  • Returns must be communicated and authorized by our representatives.

Exchange for Functional Defect

If a product exhibits a functional defect due to manufacturing issues, repairs or replacements will be carried out according to established rules and deadlines.

  • Before the return process begins, a technician will conduct a remote assessment and may request videos and images for problem analysis.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to defects will be covered by the manufacturer. If the customer needs to send the product, they will be reimbursed later.
  • The return method will always be the least costly solution, determined by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty will be voided in cases of misuse, improper installation, or external damage, such as:
  • Atmospheric discharges
  • Oxidation or moisture
  • Power surges or spikes from the electrical network
  • Damage caused by network components (motors, pumps, inductive loads, etc.)

For the best use of products, we always recommend requesting technical guidance for acquisition and installation.

Incorrect Product Received

If the product received is different from what was ordered, we will replace it with the correct item.

  • The procedure will follow the rules and deadlines, with shipping costs covered by the manufacturer.
  • The return will follow the least costly solution for the customer.
